These terms explain the basic conditions for browsing, ordering, and using UNO Collectives as a retail ecommerce store.

Shopping and availability
Products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out. Adding an item to cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, only that item will be refunded and the rest of the order will proceed.

Prices and payment
Customers see retail prices online. Any applicable delivery fees, discounts, or rewards are shown during checkout before payment.

Product information
We aim to keep product names, photos, descriptions, and prices accurate. If an obvious error affects an order, we may contact you to resolve it before fulfilment.

Preorders and mixed orders
Typically 2–4 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items are held and fulfilled together once all available items are ready. We do not automatically split shipments or collections.

Final sale
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. This does not affect any remedies you may be entitled to under applicable law where goods are non-conforming.

Guest checkout and updates
Guest checkout is available. Order updates are sent to the email used at checkout; there is no public order lookup.
