Are items brand new?
Yes, the store may carry brand-new items. Each product page should be read for the item details available at the time of purchase.

Are prices final?
Customers see one retail price. Any delivery fees or rewards that apply are shown during checkout before payment.

Do you ship outside Singapore?
International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How long do preorders take?
Typically 2–4 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items are held and fulfilled together once all available items are ready. We do not automatically split shipments or collections.

Can I cancel, return, refund, or exchange an order?
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. This does not affect any remedies you may be entitled to under applicable law where goods are non-conforming.

Can I check out as a guest?
Guest checkout is available. Order updates are sent to the email used at checkout; there is no public order lookup.
